Our client is an established, hardwood processor, with multiple facilities that produce quality Central and Northern Appalachian, and Northern Hardwoods.  They are a progressive, and financially-strong company that enjoys an excellent reputation in the industry. 


They have a strong customer focus, and thrive with “high-touch” customers – those customers that have high expectations and specifications or want a unique product.  This company provides a variety of specialty sorts and custom cuts and have developed a system for being able to do this without destroying the integrity and quality of their common lumber.  They see themselves as a “market-oriented” producer by identifying what a customer needs and arranging for it to be produced.  They excel when they can find some need just out of the ordinary and produce it.


Our client is in a growth mode, and have retained us to help them find an experienced hardwood sales professional to add to their existing staff.  We are looking for someone with a successful track record in North American sales of hardwood lumber.  Someone excited about the chance to join a company that does all the basics well, but can add on more complicated stuff for those customers that need or want it.
